I've known Bryan for a while now, with him being the founder and coach of Maverick Muay Thai and me being a student with the team.  Outside of being a great Muay Thai fighter and coach, he's genuinely a thoughtful, intelligent, and philosophical human being, and I feel very privileged to consider him a good friend.  We had an awesome talk about the magic of Muay Thai, building an ego in a healthy way, and a broad spectrum of other topics under the mental health umbrella.  I hope you all find listening to this as enjoyable as I found the conversation!
