J Hall is a life-long Oklahoman (even when he lived in Texas) and a life-long lover of books. He lives in Oklahoma City with his wife, Kenda, daughter Rebekah, and a revolving cast of adult children who come through for holidays, meals, and occasional dog-sitting (Caleb and his wife, Maria; Hannah and her husband, Triston; and Nathan). Hall's love of learning and education led him to earn a Ph.D. in sociology from the University of Oklahoma where he currently works as an assistant dean in the College of Professional and Continuing Studies. J loves books (sci-fi, thrillers, horror, literary fiction), games (Catan, Obscurio, so many others), sports (Cubs, Sooners, Thunder - in that order), movies and television (too many to list), traveling with Kenda, and hiking and cycling.
