Dr. Katherine J. Mack is a theoretical cosmologist. Currently, she is a Professor of Cosmology and Science Communication at Perimeter Institute.Mack is also a popular science communicator, and regularly writes for Scientific American, Slate, Sky & Telescope, Time, and Cosmos. Her first book, "The End of Everything: (Astrophysically Speaking)," was published in 2021.Mack received her B.S. in Physics from the California Institute of Technology and her Ph.D. in Astrophysics from Princeton University.
