Nikki Porcher is an American Business Awards® Thought Leader of The Year, founder of award-winning nonprofit organization Buy From A Black Woman and host of A Black Woman's Podcast. She’s made it her mission to empower, educate and inspire Black Women Business Owners; and to raise awareness for the need to support and #BuyFromABlackWoman.Through her nonprofit, Nikki has helped Black Women Founders generate over $2.7 million in revenue in the last year alone, in addition to providing educational programs, funding and increased visibility through the highest-ranking online directory of Black Women-Owned Businesses in the world. Nikki is also a Business Consultant, DEI Trainer and Speaker. She’s been invited to speak at events such as Hope Global Forum and SXSW, and she’s led a series of panels for The White House Initiative on Advancing Educational Equity, Excellence, and Economic Opportunity for Black Americans.Her list of accomplishments include securing partnerships with organizations like H&M, Goldman Sachs and the IRS, building the highest-ranking online directory of Black women-owned brands in the world, helping 600+ founders boost their online visibility, and leading the way as one of the first platforms dedicated to Black Woman-Owned Businesses.
