Currently, he is Communications Officer with British Columbia Emergency Health Services and a self-published blogger and cartoonist.Previously, Darbyshire was an editor and journalist with The Province newpaper.Darbyshire publishes fiction under his own name and fantasy fiction under the pen name Peter Roman. His first book, the novel "Please," was published in 2003.
