We're joined by the very relatable freelance architectural designer Melissa Haniff. Melissa also works as a development coordinator at Brick by Brick, 1/3 co-founders at RESOLVE - an interdisciplinary design collective that combines architecture, engineering, technology and art to address social challenges. She is also the head of committee at Black Females in Architecture a network and enterprise founded to increase the visibility of black and black mixed heritage females within the architectural industry and other built environment fields.
