We're ready to spill the overly optimistic tea in this episode. We dive into short-term goals that are very tangible such as breaking bad habits, self-care, and allowing yourself to "get all fat & sassy", haha no, but for real self-love is the anthem of 2019! Now we know resolutions are totally controversial, however we encourage and challenge you to listen and at the very least walk away with an hour of self-reflection. We love a good hard look in the mirror from time to time, right??
