Four steps to intentional growth

1. To grow yourself you first need to know yourself.  All growth begins with a personal and honest assessment of where you are, your strengths and your weaknesses.  
2. If you don't know where you are going (your destination/ vision), how will you know when you arrived?  All growth comes when we have a vision for our lives, a clearly defined destination.
3. Just keep swimming!  The law of atrophy ways when movement ceases things begin to die.  Get started, don't wait, adjust along the way.
4. Find someone to follow - The greatest leaders are also the greatest followers.  Seek wisdom from those ahead of you.
