Hey guys! It’s been about 2 years since the last episode and things have been crazy. But with getting back into old activities, such as podcast, I think peace of mind could be that much closer.
I been thinking about this question the last couple of months and the answer I came up with has forever changed my life, mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. I want it to do the same for others.
A lot of the time we don’t follow our heart because of how our ego makes us feel. And it can be really damaging in the long run when you’re 60 and haven’t truly done what you wanted to do in life.
When you can appreciate the small things in life. Life will give you the bigger things you want. How can you expect more if you’re not grateful for what you already have.
We often aren’t aware of when and exactly why or emotional state, aka mood, changes. And that can then start to effect your mental health. In this podcast I give a few ways to keep everything in order.
It was kind of hard to figure out a way to improve my mental, physically, emotional, and spiritual state of being every day. So I incorporated it into my morning routine. Here’s how I did it.
I feel better when I look good. So I wake up and get ready first thing. I’m also aware that my face doesn’t look the same as someone else looking at me. And that helps me be less critical about my flaws. Let me further explain.
Every decision you make is naturally based off your subconscious data. So if you want to change something in your life, start with how it’s already programmed in your subconscious and begin adjusting accordingly.
