I feel better when I look good. So I wake up and get ready first thing. I’m also aware that my face doesn’t look the same as someone else looking at me. And that helps me be less critical about my flaws. Let me further explain.

If you haven’t said sorry to someone, don’t wait any longer to do so. It’ll help you out in the long run.
Use affirmations to normalize the things you want most.
Does good and bad exist? Or is it just life? I’ll give my thoughts on the idea.
Every decision you make is naturally based off your subconscious data. So if you want to change something in your life, start with how it’s already programmed in your subconscious and begin adjusting accordingly.
