What do you know about H&M? How about DEI? What about DEI & H&M? 

Over the last three years, I've been able to work closely with many of the amazing people who make up the H&M team here in the Americas, including the Regional Head of Inclusion & Diversity, Americas, Donna Dozier Gordon, whom I've been a fan of for a long time! 

As we kick off Women's Month in Brooklyn at the Akwaaba Mansion and record a special episode of  A Black Woman's Podcast to discuss what is happening in the DEI space, how H&M has handled things in the past and going forward, and some of Donna's personal experiences of being a leader in this space as a Black Woman.
