In this Episode, A Week Of Gratitude, I want for us to give Thanks. Thanksgiving is this Thursday, and it allows us to be around family and friends as well as, having the opportunity to think about the things we are Grateful for.
Weekly Challenge:
I Challenge you for “A Week of Gratitude” by Journaling every day for 7 Days. Starting Today, allow your thoughts to flow and write down whatever comes to mind also, write down 10 Things that you are Grateful for.
On Day 7, I want you to first reread everything that you’ve written over the past week and then, journal about how you felt during “A Week of Gratitude”.
