Lamoy, who is from beautiful Jamaica talks with us about her struggles living with Lupus. A chronic autoimmune disease characterized by inflammation which often leads to damage in various parts of the body like skin and joints.  She stays indoors most of the time for fear that sunlight exposure will trigger a flare-up on her sensitive skin. In our chat, we learn that sometimes you have to be your own sunshine.
