We all feel at times that we are no enough!  That we don't measure up to our parents, spouses, friends, or society's expectations of who we ought to be.  It's so easy to just say "Don't care what others think", But the truth... We are created to connect deeply with others.  Theres is a way to value ourselves deeply and have our desires met.  We must first have a deep connection.
