No better way to kick off my new podcast than chatting with my bestie Miss Rachel Johnson about her imminent adventure to climb Kilimanjaro.  We talk about how she got started in the world of mountaineering, how getting comfortable with being uncomfortable unlocks a whole new realm of possibilities, opertaing a 'you go girl' and dealing with altitude.  We honestly could have gone on for hours and of course when she returns we will be back with another episode to reflect on her experiences.
