In this episode I welcome Anne Marie Bull to the show.  She is a lifelong athlete, a multi sport coach and owner of Reveal Wellness, a company whose goal is to promote "Health and happiness for all, in the workplace and beyond".  In light of all of the wild, unexpected and emotionally unsettling things that 2020 has brought us so far, we take a look at how to be a better coach/mentor/friend by relating to experiences we have had with our coaches hats on.  If you are someone who is in a position of leadership or providing guidance whether that is in a professional environment or just among friends, there are many take aways from Anne Marie's insightful conversation on how to create a space and nurture a relationship for anyone needing support and seeking to be better, do better or just open up about how they are feeling.  We also discuss how to be more 'coachable' i.e. how to be receptive to new ideas, opinions and ways of looking at a problem.  We talk about how to tackle a closed mindset so that you can work towards becoming open to a different point of view.  Again this is not just aimed at athletes but is useful for anyone who is ready, willing and able to learn how to open up that next level of being a human.  If you have ever asked yourself 'how can I be better?' there is something in this episode for you.
