In this episode I am joined by Darcel Elliot, Chief of Staff for Santa Barbara County First District Supervisor Das Williams.  Darcel shares her story of a life always putting others first and taking on crazy amounts of stress with a hectic work schedule and ailing parents.  After battling periods of depression and having to be in the thick of the Thomas Fire and subsequent debris flow in Santa Barbara County, Darcel also lost her parents.  In this episode, she opens up about her journey and what has helped keep her on track and able to keep on keeping on.  Darcel also discusses some highlights of a recent month long road she took to reset herself.  From "giving the gift of time" to herself to offering tips on how to manage health and fitness, there are so many amazing take aways from this awesome lady's story.  A true inspiration and role model!
