On this episode, I sat down with two of the co-founders of Tango, to learn more about their startup and the challenges they have faced launching a business during a global pandemic. Tango aims to redefine how operations teams spread know-how, with a mission to help people be their best at work.

About Ken Babcock:

Before attending Harvard Business School with his cofounders, Ken spent five years in the Bay Area working for Uber, Atomic Labs, and KeepTruckin. At Uber (2014 to 2018), he held various roles supporting Launch, Operations, Data Science, and Product. With Dan (and third cofounder Brian), he left HBS to pursue Tango. Ken is originally from Buffalo, NY and complements the ups and downs of startup life with the ups and downs of the Buffalo Bills. When he gets a spare moment, he's probably skiing or racing to beat his NYT Mini Crossword time (currently 17s).

About Dan Giovacchini:

Prior to Tango, Dan spent 4 years investing in B2B SaaS at General Catalyst and then 7 months with Livongo (NASDAQ: LVGO) on the filing team helping them go public.
