I think this podcast is amazing! Although, I'm not a drinker myself but I do find Molly's analyses and solutions to drinking problems so methodical and yet very approachable as first step towards really coming to terms of having a problem and then doing something about it! I have friends who struggle with alcohol dependence and I will be recommending this podcast to them! Thank you Molly!
This is a must listen. As a daughter of an alcoholic, you can have so many triggers around this whole topic. This certainly helps with that.

Being a physician i found this really insightful. Patients/habitual drinkers need to listen to this to get rid of both the mental and physical effects of the menace called alchohol.
Molly's podcast provide the tools and strategies that are needed to make lasting changes to your drinking habits. These same tools and strategies are a meta-skill that can be applied to all areas of your life where habits that don't align with long term goals need to be changed. This podcast changed the trajectory of my drinking habits to align with my goal of being mostly alcohol free. I highly recommend this to everyone looking to change habits that don't align with their goals.
