- We all need one. Something to turn back
Finding your why in life
- Fulfilment, enjoyment, motivation, the goal
- Doing something you love is a right not a privilege
Sometimes you have to dig
- Dig for that reason
- And dig deep (deeper the better)
- The more deep the more meaningful it is
Don’t live someone else’s why
- In a world full of fake people, stop trying to be someone your not
- Stop trying to impress people that you don’t like
- You do you. Establish your why and only yours
In life and the gym floor
- The gym has shaped my life and given me my why
- Its why trying different things in life is needed, different training routine
- If I never started going to the gym I really don’t know where life would be
Goal driven
- Setting your why allows us to make personal goals
- Taper back from the why to then path the how
- How will you get there
- How will you do it
- How will you feel when you achieve it
Conclusion
- A why doesn’t have to be massive but it has to mean something got you
