Delving deeper into our health and being in our bodies is so important at the moment, as tempting as it may be to escape :)

In this episode I share what I have discovered  recently with my health exploration.  How our bodies communicate with us and how wee can work with the current energy.

How powerful it is when we have clarity to make our requests for our health and messages for intuitive empaths.
