Hello gorgeous,

This week I am really feeling that making a self care pledge is key.

When we are only in action, action, action mode; we can become rather mission focussed and oftentimes become depleted from focusing only on our masculine side.

As great as it is to  take action and connect with our masculine side;    equally important is to connect with the nurturing nature of our feminine side.  Especially as we release what no longer serves with the full moon energy.  

When making any changes in our lives; it is important to have a balance of masculine and feminine energy.  We are our own parents encouraging actions and taking care of ourselves at the same time.  

This week I invite you to make a self care pledge and see how that helps you in making beautiful changes.
