For the next 6 to 8 weeks; join me as I navigate through my personal health journey of resetting my physical health to be at my optimum health.  We will be going steadily forward and with compassion as we look at how healthy we really are.

In this episode I talk about the synchronicities that have led me to inner reflection of my health and how I realised what I have been putting in my body that I thought was healthy has been far from.  I also share insights and messages that I hope inspire you to care for yourself and your health.
