I had to squeeze in one last episode for 2023! This one's titled "Things I am Scared to Tell You Part 2" because I dive into some darkness I have been experiencing this season. I explain why this is so common (especially in winter) and how I am working through it (emphasis on "still working through it" 😅). Although I spill the beans on my 2024 intentions, let's not forget, that winter is a season to rest, go within, and reconnect with ourselves—no rush to check off every New Year's resolution just yet! ☺️
