Laura Zak is a Peabody and Gotham Award winning writer, actor, and producer. She created, wrote, and starred in the Emmy-nominated HER STORY and toured nationally with the series. Laura was a writer and voice actor on the Emmy-winning Danger & Eggs as well as on Netflix's upcoming Twelve Forever. In 2018, she founded the production company Drinkwater Studios and is currently in development on several series and films. Laura's theatrical work can be seen in various places including Foxy Trot, Spunkle, Take My Wife, Lesbian Princess, #Hashtag, and the upcoming Eureka! She produces and hosts two 90s nostalgia podcasts, Angel on Top and Sicker Sadder World as well as the unscripted game show The Butch Off on Into.

Brittany Ashley hails from Chicago where she studied sketch comedy writing and stand-up at Second City. After the debut of her sketch show ‘Hindsight For Sore Eyes’, Brittany continued to write and direct all-female sketch shows all over Chicago: ‘It’s Pronounced Kevin’, ‘Courtney Cox’s Bangs’ and ‘It’s Still Pronounced Kevin’.Now based in Los Angeles, she's most well-known for video content she created while at BuzzFeed Motion Pictures. Her credits there include: creating/writing a period comedy called “Lesbian Princess” about a princess in the Middle Ages who isn’t out to her royal parents, writing BuzzFeed’s first monetized web series which was #1 on iTunes for months titled “You Do You” and writing/producing viral short films about topics like abortion and emotional abuse (“Unaware” garnered over 10 million views and 300K shares in less than a week).She has recently acted in Gente-fied, a series by Macro, executive produced by America Ferrera, as well as SeeSo's Take My Wife.Brittany is a screenwriter with a passion for making content geared towards young women. She’s emerged as a powerful queer female voice in the digital media space. She wrote and hosted an LGBT news show on Logo and continues to write long-form essays for their editorial site.Now, focusing on longer-form narrative content, she’s currently in development for her first feature with Gunpowder & Sky and working on Netflix's Twelve Forever.If you own a television and are awake at the wee hours of the night, you may have seen Brittany's stand up on Last Call with Carson Daly.
