hey listeners! This episode is an interview with Angela Kim,  the host of The Why Moments Podcast. Angela talks about her mental health journey and what things she has incorporated into her lifestyle to keep her mind healthy. We also discuss the stigma around mental health and how social media affects us, sometimes in ways we don't always see at first. Angela talks about how she discovered the practice of meditation and how that has improved her mental health.
