FTR (Forget The Rest): Athletes often encounter distractions or alternative suggestions during their journey. FTR encourages individuals to stay focused on their plan and forget external influences that may divert their attention from the established path.

Self-Mastery: The final step revolves around the continuous pursuit of self-mastery. This involves ongoing self-awareness and improvement. The text emphasizes that mastering oneself is an ongoing process that requires dedication and commitment.
