This is the authentic sex

0:02

podcast and real life conversations about

0:04

sex, pleasure, and relationships. I'm

0:07

your host Juliet Palace. We'll

0:13

turn to

0:14

episode number one hundred and

0:16

forty six of the authentic sex

0:18

podcast. My name is

0:20

Julia Allen. I'm a sexologist and

0:23

sex and relationship coach. And

0:26

today on this episode of Authentic

0:28

Sex, I'm joined by the Beautiful Winter

0:30

Jade Aisle.

0:32

Winter is a friend of mine.

0:35

She also is a mentor of mine, and

0:37

she is a international teacher,

0:39

writer and facilitator in the realms

0:41

of the mystical arts. sexuality

0:44

and dark embodiment. Holding

0:47

a deep connection with magic, winter

0:49

offers a powerful transmission of the inner

0:51

world's and invites you to step outside

0:53

formed notions of reality into

0:56

a life of enchantment. Gosh.

0:59

That sounds so good, doesn't it? I

1:01

absolutely love having

1:03

winter on the show. If

1:05

you love this episode, Winter

1:07

is in episode eighty, eighty

1:09

two, ninety two, ninety four, and a

1:11

hundred and eighteen. So there is

1:14

a lot of content with winter in it.

1:17

And in this episode, we speak

1:19

about transcendental sex. What

1:22

is it? What is transcendental

1:24

sex? I guess, you could call

1:26

it

1:26

spiritual sex. Although,

1:28

you know, that

1:30

term, I mean, everybody

1:33

would

1:34

have their own experience of transcendental

1:37

sex or spiritual sex that is

1:39

unique to them So winter

1:41

speaks about her own experience of it

1:43

and how you too can experience

1:45

more of

1:46

that kind of sex. Winter

1:49

also talks about the sacred hall,

1:51

which I found very fascinating and

1:53

I absolutely love. I just

1:55

love saying the sacred hall. I mean, what

1:59

What

1:59

a

1:59

great archetype

2:01

in a soul that we can

2:03

explore, both women and men.

2:05

So this episode is just full of

2:07

juice, full of really

2:10

beautiful concepts and ideas that we

2:12

can integrate into our own lives and explore

2:14

more and I really hope

2:16

you enjoyed as much as we enjoyed

2:19

recording it. This episode of

2:48

Winter, welcome back to Authentic Sex.

2:51

Thanks for saying yes. Thanks

2:53

for having me again.

2:55

It's a pleasure. I can't wait for these

2:57

combos. We have we've

2:59

had winter on the

3:01

podcast before. So if you're listening,

3:04

you may be familiar with winter's

3:06

sexy voice.

3:08

Seriously, you do.

3:11

It's very sexy. Even my manager, she

3:13

said, oh, I was listening to winter, and God, her

3:15

voice is amazing. I said, yeah, I

3:17

know. It is. So if you're

3:19

familiar with winter, you

3:21

will have heard her on other episodes.

3:23

But if you love winter and you're

3:25

new to the podcast, then I've

3:27

had winter on a fair few times on

3:30

talking about the anal mysteries. God

3:32

is a sex witch raising sex positive

3:34

kids, a teenager's guide to sex.

3:37

conversations about anal orgasms, heartbreak,

3:40

and breakups so much.

3:42

There's so many different episodes. I

3:45

didn't realize you'd been on that.

3:47

that often, but I'm I'm

3:49

happy that you hadn't.

3:51

Me too. So

3:54

here you are again. around

3:56

maybe seven. So today

3:59

okay. First, let's

3:59

talk a bit about you. What do you

4:02

tell listeners who you are,

4:04

what you're doing in the world at the moment, what

4:06

you're about, what you're passionate about,

4:08

blah blah. Mhmm. Well,

4:11

at the moment, I am living in a modern mystery

4:14

school in New Zealand called Hyatt and Temple.

4:17

At a a space where we

4:19

open to transformational journeys

4:22

through trainings and workshops, and

4:24

we have an intentional community living here.

4:28

A lot of my other work revolves around,

4:30

obviously, sexuality and bodyments,

4:33

also soul initiation, what it is to live

4:35

from essence and source, And

4:37

I have a deep body of work, which is very

4:39

dear to me called Magdalena,

4:42

which is the feminine mysteries

4:45

of yeah, the cycles of

4:47

birth, death, life,

4:49

blood. So

4:50

that's a a deep piece of work

4:53

that we're at teach trainings around the world.

4:55

So

4:55

basically, I've always been interested and

4:57

on the path of, you know, what it is

4:59

to grow, transform, and come

5:02

closer to essence. from

5:04

a deeply embodied way. That's kind

5:07

of the

5:07

the framing of what I'm doing.

5:10

What is a modern Mystery

5:13

school. Mhmm. No. What what did you

5:15

say? A modern mystery template? Something

5:17

you'd say that. Tell me. No. I'm modern mystery

5:19

school. A mystery cool is a place

5:21

where the soul

5:23

is at the center of the teachings. So

5:25

it recognizes that we

5:27

are first to soul. But before that, we will

5:29

several spirit, with spirit or void

5:31

or God. And we're

5:33

coming into incarnation. So we're working with

5:35

the soul of of of

5:38

the fields of people And

5:40

it really is that, I would say, the cult

5:42

teachings, so that the invisible teachings of

5:44

our essence, so that includes shamanism,

5:47

we include sexuality, a

5:50

a cosmology, astrology that's

5:53

really placing your the journey of the your

5:55

essence, your core, your soul, in

5:57

your incarnation or journey. And, yeah,

5:59

it would have been a place where people

6:02

would have people would have come and initiated,

6:04

had initiation, take initiation, at

6:07

the different stages of their lives. Mhmm.

6:10

Yeah. Mhmm. It's also a place where we

6:12

we hold the community where we're leaving

6:14

from that place together. So Yeah.

6:17

We're trying to create a car that a new

6:19

culture of civilization that's soul

6:21

based -- Mhmm. -- as opposed to kind

6:23

of the crazy world of, you know, body

6:25

mind -- Yes. -- sanity. So Mhmm.

6:29

What got you into this work? To

6:31

tell tell what me and tell

6:33

people a little bit about how, like,

6:35

how did

6:36

you land where you are

6:37

right now?

6:39

Well, when I was young,

6:42

I knew I either wanted to be

6:44

a a horror or a nun. So

6:46

there was a place in me that way we

6:49

spoke about this before. There's a place where we do

6:51

that. Yeah. That

6:52

that was devotional at my core

6:54

or that was, you know, there's a

6:56

place that wanted to soar towards the God and

6:58

goddess in everything and

7:00

was quite prayerful and and

7:02

as a child that would, you'd

7:04

gaze upon the stars and pray and

7:06

and I also had a deep deep

7:08

connection to my erotic self from a

7:10

young age. And, yeah, also have his

7:12

friends a part of it that wanted to serve for

7:14

the body. when I actually to to pull

7:16

my devotion through the body. So that

7:18

was that was a split in me that I grew up

7:20

with. And I think as I got

7:22

older, I felt done ways to weave those

7:24

pieces together, which is really why I'm living

7:26

here because it's well,

7:29

this is the school where those two

7:31

can come together. you know, the sacred

7:33

is in matter, in sexuality, in

7:35

the body, and we're ascending to

7:37

a higher self, a higher life.

7:39

ma'am

7:40

Yeah. So it came from it. I think it was

7:42

I was a seeker from a young age of those

7:45

very two different perspectives.

7:46

Yeah.

7:48

I remember the last

7:50

time we chatted,

7:51

you mentioned the sacred hall.

7:54

Is that

7:54

what you mentioned? Yeah. Do you want to speak

7:57

into that event? Yeah.

7:59

That

7:59

was what, as a child, I kind of always

8:02

knew that sex was sacred. I always like,

8:04

I lost my virginity intentionally at eighteen

8:06

through, you know, almost ritualized

8:08

a virtualized

8:11

experience, but there was something

8:13

in me that always knew that suspect

8:15

was a and sacred

8:19

horror to me was

8:20

a sense of connecting my

8:23

heart, my womb,

8:24

with my god,

8:26

you

8:26

know, and and opening the

8:28

body

8:29

the to

8:31

receive others

8:32

and to take them home

8:35

through love, through, you know,

8:37

through, yeah,

8:38

that that devotion. So that to me

8:40

was my belonging. I had such a

8:42

longing to open that way

8:44

-- Mhmm. -- and which was very

8:46

that was always my sort of make my sense

8:48

of what what the sacredness of

8:50

boredom I

8:51

was sacredness of boredom.

8:54

Oh my

8:54

gosh. The sacredness of

8:57

boredom as an access to

8:59

god, I need to type in it

9:01

down. That is so

9:03

good

9:03

and such a great title.

9:06

I'm actually typing it down.

9:07

The sacredness of chordum

9:10

as, what did you say? As an

9:12

access to god's. God

9:14

slash

9:14

goddess. God God

9:17

bless. So when you say god,

9:20

When

9:20

you say, God, do you want to, like,

9:22

go into what you mean by that? Because some

9:24

people really have never heard

9:26

of these for some

9:28

people out there concepts might be

9:30

like, oh, hang on. Is she Christian?

9:33

Like, you know that? Mhmm.

9:34

Yeah. So talk talk to me about

9:36

God.

9:37

So God to me is, you

9:39

know, you could say, in other words, we would be

9:41

spirit. We could say

9:43

void.

9:44

in in esoteric essay, it's

9:46

monadic. The energy is monadic. So it's

9:48

really that which lies behind all duality.

9:50

It's the the source

9:52

of life So God

9:54

really or the is a figurehead of

9:56

that. And I use it because it's

9:58

it's more commonly

9:59

understood

10:00

But certainly, it's not connected to

10:03

any tradition for me. And although I grew

10:05

up Catholic, I did grow up within

10:07

the Catholic system and

10:09

the Catholic the

10:11

understanding of of spirituality. That's

10:14

not how I feel that this to

10:16

be. So it's, you know, it's it's a it's

10:18

a yeah. It's the void.

10:21

That's how I see it. It's it's that

10:23

going

10:23

home to the eternal one.

10:25

return

10:25

on self. Yeah.

10:27

And

10:28

what do you mean by the void?

10:29

Like,

10:32

I know what? I you know, I'm

10:33

asking people who were listening. mean, I guess

10:35

it means people things to different people.

10:37

Right? It does.

10:38

Yeah. Totally. I

10:40

mean, the closest you could come to

10:43

understanding of void, if you're looking at

10:45

cosmology would be a black hole. And

10:47

what's what's, you know, going across the event

10:49

horizon into the darkness and, you know, in a

10:51

black hole strip, so we all like So

10:53

it's that which is behind light. It's

10:55

the, you know, and no one's really gone

10:57

and come back to say, well, there have been sort of

11:00

profits and But it's

11:02

just a inherent knowing, I think,

11:04

that there's something behind life

11:07

that's where life is sourced, that's

11:09

beyond duality of you

11:11

know, masculine feminine or spirit

11:13

matter and actually lies behind

11:15

everything as a source. So in a way,

11:17

it's a it's a experience to

11:19

have. Sometimes it's a

11:21

a gnostic experience

11:23

in your heart or consciousness

11:26

of this place that's Yeah.

11:30

You can call it the dark. It's the

11:32

the holy dark, really.

11:34

Yeah. Okay.

11:36

Well, this is if we were to kinda segue

11:38

into what

11:40

we're gonna talk about today. Well, we don't

11:42

really exactly know what we're talking about.

11:44

But I threw out the idea of talking about

11:46

quote unquote spiritual sex.

11:49

Now that could just entail

11:51

so much. And again,

11:53

it's really up to the person as to what

11:55

that

11:55

means for them. But I wanna

11:57

I wanna unpack how we

11:59

can in a

12:00

way access God or access the void or

12:02

whatever we wanna call it through

12:04

sex. Mhmm. And

12:06

also,

12:07

like,

12:08

Okay. Let's start with what's your

12:11

definition of

12:12

spiritual sex.

12:15

Mhmm.

12:17

Mhmm. Firstly, I I want to say that,

12:19

yeah,

12:20

I like how you put the inverted commas because

12:22

I feel that there's no one

12:25

way or one thing here. and

12:27

and that that just becomes another sort of

12:29

indoctrination and and then another

12:31

way to achieve. So I kinda

12:33

wanna say that there's no there's no pathways

12:35

to get here really. It's interesting,

12:37

you know,

12:39

enigma. But in

12:41

a way, spirit and and also spiritual

12:43

sex in a boat of commerce is not you

12:45

don't have to be part of any tradition or

12:47

anything. So

12:49

again, it's like any any person can

12:51

access what we're gonna talk about. But

12:53

-- Yeah. -- to me, the the key is in the

12:55

name's spiritual and the and the key is

12:57

in the words spirit. which is which

13:00

acknowledges the subtle

13:02

energies. So spirit is

13:04

not matter. It's not the

13:06

body. It's It's a

13:08

subtle experience of

13:10

life. So spiritual sex to

13:12

me is is really about

13:15

acknowledging that we're more than a body,

13:17

we're more than, you know,

13:19

gender, even at these

13:21

human identities, and there's something

13:23

more such all that we can tap into.

13:25

That takes us beyond, you

13:28

know, the objects objects,

13:29

subjective experience. So to

13:32

me, that's spiritual sex in it. and it can

13:34

look so different than so many

13:36

people. Mhmm. You know, it could be it could

13:38

be cascading organisms into

13:40

this cosmos or it could be deep simmering,

13:43

you know, emotion, but something

13:45

that takes us outside our,

13:47

you know, our understanding of

13:50

ourselves or experience of the selves and

13:52

beyond. So it's for me, spiritual

13:55

sex. Entantra goes into this a lot.

13:57

It's expanding your

13:59

your consciousness really, ultimately.

14:03

So

14:04

to me, spiritual ethics is one that

14:06

acknowledges that You're more than just

14:08

your body. You're more than just this

14:10

human and this self, and

14:12

there's possibilities to touch something

14:15

that's more subtle

14:16

through through the

14:19

exchange and the and the gifts of sexuality and

14:21

connecting

14:21

with self and others

14:25

So let's start with self help. Can

14:28

we for those listening who

14:30

were like, oh, wow. This is

14:32

new. And

14:33

I feel like perhaps this is what's

14:36

been missing from my

14:38

life, my sexuality, my

14:40

sexual experiences. how

14:43

can they like, what would

14:45

be one of the first steps to take

14:47

with self to access this with self

14:49

first? Then we'll speak to family and

14:51

others.

14:52

Yeah. So to the

14:54

first thing I'd like to to talk about is

14:57

actually acknowledging that we have

14:59

a subtle body So

15:01

and and

15:02

if you rub your hands together,

15:04

you know, vigorously and then you

15:06

slowly, you know, move

15:08

them apart from each other, you're

15:10

going to feel the subtle vibration. So

15:13

the first thing with self is to

15:15

acknowledge that you have this subtle body

15:17

and and you have this subtle body

15:19

around the physical body and also are these

15:21

channels of Condellini that run up through the

15:23

body? So it's firstly

15:25

attuning to that which

15:27

lies behind the friction of sensation

15:29

and experience. And and

15:32

going into the subtle, there's,

15:34

like, subtle waves of energy that

15:36

are constantly pulsing through our bodies,

15:38

around our bodies, connected to the

15:40

great body of earth, connected to the,

15:42

you know, the bodies of humanity.

15:44

There's this there's this there's yeah.

15:46

I just see them as waves and to

15:48

just start to tune into that is one

15:50

way with self. So

15:52

and, you know, you can

15:54

just start by just dropping into the body

15:56

and actually just starting to feel and

15:58

breathe. So

15:59

that's one way to just assume. And

16:02

then through self pleasure, whatever

16:04

that practice looks like, you

16:06

could start to work and move the

16:08

energy. So like in when they show

16:10

around tantra, around cultivating

16:13

the Eros cultivating the kundalini

16:15

with self to be able to,

16:18

yeah, expand and open that

16:20

channel. So for me, it's yeah,

16:22

firstly, going into the fact that you're

16:24

wanting to expand your consciousness

16:27

beyond your physical sensations

16:29

into the subtle And

16:31

another way to do it is to expand consciousness,

16:33

like one way that I've really been able

16:35

to access beautiful states during

16:38

my self pleasure. is

16:40

to take my my consciousness out of

16:42

my body. And I might even

16:44

connect it to Kosmos itself. I might

16:46

connect it to the land and I'm that that

16:48

holds me. Oh my

16:49

goodness. done. Okay.

16:51

What let's real mind.

16:53

I'm just gonna hang on a

16:56

moment. I'm just gonna take my

16:58

consciousness outside of my body

16:59

while I felt the pleasure. But

17:02

let's let's just go into that.

17:06

Because for me, even myself, I'm

17:08

like, alrighty, you've lost me. I'm

17:10

gonna take myself, my consciousness out of

17:12

my body. What do

17:14

you mean? I mean

17:14

that in order to to

17:17

to have transcendental experiences, what

17:19

I wanna say transcendental,

17:21

It means to expand outside.

17:24

You can you can actually do that with

17:26

your consciousness. So where your consciousness

17:28

goes, the energy flows, and

17:30

you can actually you can take

17:32

it outside being inside a

17:35

body and actually merge it with

17:37

something else. So one way

17:39

to actually experience transcendental

17:41

expansion through self pleasure would be

17:44

to just even imagine the

17:46

sun and take

17:47

your awareness to the sun, and

17:49

the sun arrives, and as this

17:51

this exchange happens,

17:54

with

17:54

the energy that's moving to the body

17:56

that connects you to something greater than the

17:59

self, if that makes sense. Yeah. That

18:01

makes sense. And in love yeah. In love

18:03

making it so beautiful in a prayer for love making to

18:05

take your consciousness and

18:07

and send it forth into,

18:09

you know, outside even the exchange

18:11

with another person. you

18:13

know, in out beyond the human

18:15

self. Does that make sense? Yeah.

18:18

Definitely. Mhmm. Is it a bit too where

18:20

we No. It's not too woo woo

18:22

for me. I think for some people,

18:24

they might be like,

18:26

alrighty. Like, where

18:28

are these two going? But

18:31

it's definitely not too woo woo woo for me. I

18:33

think for lots of people also, they might be

18:35

like, oh, okay. This is this

18:37

is the next kind of

18:40

this is something new for me to learn about

18:42

because there's only so far we can go. I

18:44

feel it's humans when we're you

18:46

know, making love with someone else. I feel

18:49

like

18:49

until

18:50

we begin to learn about

18:53

kind of connection that we can

18:55

have with ourselves and and others

18:57

and God. Mhmm. Until we learn about

18:59

it

18:59

or or or experience

19:01

it, then it can

19:03

just get a bit like kinda you're just

19:05

doing the deed, having

19:08

the orgasm, getting on with

19:10

your day. rather than

19:12

you know what I mean? Yeah.

19:14

Yeah.

19:14

Totally. And actually, I think that

19:17

those people who no,

19:19

there's more there's more to sex

19:21

than that than that. The

19:23

next step for me was I wanna have as different all

19:25

different orgasms as I can. I I was

19:28

in that that stayed for a bit. But then there was

19:30

a place that was even tired of that. Like,

19:32

I was sort of bored with just the

19:34

self. I'm just in myself, so

19:36

hence, that there was a place in me that wanted to keep

19:39

stretching out beyond the self. And

19:41

-- Mhmm. -- and certainly, it's such a

19:43

beautiful experience when you're such a pleasure of

19:45

making love to spend your awareness of

19:47

that energy and it could

19:49

go to someone else or it could go

19:51

to a place on the earth you love

19:53

or it there's a way to

19:55

connect with the greater field of life through

19:57

your

19:57

your

19:58

sexual

19:59

experiences And

20:01

that energy that we're growing and building in

20:03

the body is a bridge to that.

20:05

So it's through the consciousness, direct

20:08

email, thoughts, it bridges these

20:10

worlds. So, yeah, it's it's

20:12

something that have to be explored, to be

20:14

understood, I think, but that's that was

20:16

sort of the doorway for me. was

20:18

just to keep opening. And I just even open to I

20:21

lived I lived in a in a

20:23

city suburb in Melbourne for many

20:25

years, and my room had this beautiful

20:27

view of the city. And sometimes I

20:29

would just make love to

20:31

myself. And I would just

20:33

extend it to the whole city. And I just imagine

20:35

being with the city, you know, and

20:38

and feeling all of the souls on the people who

20:40

live in that city and all the beautiful parks and

20:42

trees and flowers and and

20:44

the chaos and hecticness and I would

20:47

Yeah. I I felt like I was dancing with all of

20:49

it through my body. So

20:50

That's a really cool example.

20:53

I was actually you you read my mind. I was

20:55

going to ask you through a personal example from

20:57

yourself. I have to interrupt

20:59

this episode to let you know that

21:45

dot juliet alan

21:47

21:52

hyphen a double LEN

21:54

dot com. So that's

21:55

a really great one. Do you have another one?

21:58

Like, maybe one that's in the bit of contrast

21:59

to the city, like, when

22:02

self pleasuring?

22:04

I

22:04

love self pleasuring under the stars. It's

22:07

one of my favorite things to do.

22:09

I feel that when I'm in stakes of

22:11

ecstatic, erotic energy and

22:13

I'm I'm just opening my consciousness

22:15

and my awareness to the the

22:17

dark night and the stars or the

22:19

moon, I feel transformed.

22:21

Like, I almost feel like I dissolved into

22:23

the darkness between the lights and stars. So

22:25

-- Yeah. -- under the night skies, so

22:27

beautiful in sunrise, go and take

22:29

yourself pleasure out when the sun's rising

22:31

and welcome that merge with

22:33

the lights of a new day

22:35

in their body. So

22:37

it's really just creating a sense of, you

22:39

know,

22:39

like we're we're

22:41

almost softening the the

22:43

the form of our body and the skin dissolving

22:45

that. So we're emerging more

22:47

with

22:48

the trans personal experience

22:51

that

22:51

the Yeah. The

22:53

the greater world, the greater

22:56

beauties of the world. So

22:58

great. Such a good reminder

23:00

for me. Mhmm. right now. I

23:04

feel like I'm definitely into

23:07

speaker not much. I'm

23:09

definitely not making up to the stars

23:11

right now. I'm like -- Yeah.

23:13

-- just just because of the stage I've been

23:15

of the mother and it's like,

23:18

things have changed since I first

23:21

met. you. But the

23:23

great thing is I know that I can I'm

23:26

like making love to like nappies in

23:28

the middle of the night and, like,

23:30

You know,

23:34

like a wet bed. Very

23:36

well. Yeah. Yeah. Things like that.

23:38

Not my wet bed. Like,

23:39

anyway,

23:43

yeah. So I love hearing this. It's

23:45

really, really cool to tap back

23:47

into this. for myself and be reminded of all this

23:49

and have it to look forward to and I feel

23:51

like I know I could be perhaps

23:53

tapping into it now, but I do feel like

23:55

I'm in the season of like

23:57

just more this everyday

23:59

day mother mother energy, and that feels

24:01

great also to be in love. So you're

24:03

in the office. Yeah. Yeah.

24:06

Totally. I don't wanna be anywhere

24:08

else, actually, right

24:10

now. So that's Yeah. But so

24:13

so

24:15

when

24:16

okay. So you've spoken

24:18

a bit about self pleasure. So when we're

24:20

making up with somebody else,

24:23

a beloved lover. Mhmm. Do

24:27

you think it's

24:30

necessary for them

24:30

to also be open to

24:33

this to be able to -- Mhmm.

24:35

--

24:35

have

24:36

these beautiful experiences with

24:38

another because, you know, something that

24:40

that people come to me with like, I'm so

24:42

interested in learning more, but my

24:45

partners really closed off to

24:47

it. Or, you know, I spoke to him or her

24:49

about it, and they're just like,

24:51

you're a weirdo, like, what are you talking about or whatever. So

24:53

I'm asking it for those people.

24:57

Yeah.

24:58

Yeah.

24:59

I think when it comes with partnership,

25:02

there's some different steps towards

25:04

those

25:04

experiences because you're engaging with

25:07

another So

25:08

I feel like the path to, you know, again,

25:10

in Vodacom's most spiritual

25:12

sex goes through the doorway of authenticity.

25:16

So it it

25:16

because if the basis of spiritual

25:18

sex is to be less of a person,

25:21

so you can actually be more of the greatest

25:23

subtle energies of life when

25:25

you're with someone else, there's a gaze that reinforces

25:27

the human often --

25:29

Mhmm. -- and the person. So

25:32

one, the doorway I feel for that

25:34

is you have to then be

25:36

able to dissolve if

25:38

possible some of the hymens or the

25:40

veils to your human

25:42

identity So what can express

25:44

is what's behind that? And so what I

25:46

mean by that is if

25:48

you're engaging someone in your in your

25:50

mind a lot you actually really

25:52

feel sad, but you don't express it and you just

25:54

sort of, you

25:55

know, you go through the motions.

25:57

It's

25:57

there's a you're not gonna be able

26:00

to reach those states because

26:02

you're masking yourself that's in the

26:04

way. So the first step in

26:06

couples is actually having

26:08

authentic sex, I think. which

26:10

means whatever is true in that moment

26:12

or arising being able to be

26:14

with us -- Mhmm. -- and

26:16

not hiding from each

26:18

other. So

26:18

it's with another, it's deep call meeting.

26:20

They try you're trying to have deep call

26:22

meeting. Mhmm.

26:24

So

26:25

Yeah. So it's really trying to

26:28

be as naked

26:30

as you can together. So

26:32

you're out of the way. And if you're feeling

26:34

pissed with your partner or you're making love and you're feeling irritated

26:36

or something's coming up, that's going to stop

26:38

you from actually being able to expand

26:41

beyond, so authentic authentic

26:44

meeting is the first doorway

26:46

in partnership.

26:48

if you're making love and you're

26:50

feeling pissed off or you feel like lots

26:52

of anger come up -- Yes.

26:55

-- or an another one would just

26:57

be, like, just being

26:58

so in in our heads that

27:01

yeah. It's just we

27:03

can't even access any pleasure in our body

27:05

because we're so up here. Can you give

27:07

people hot

27:08

tips. Yeah. Yeah. So

27:10

I feel if any emotions come up like

27:12

rage or greed or

27:14

even numbness, which is is

27:17

still something is

27:18

to stop and actually first

27:20

acknowledge it, so acknowledge it with the self.

27:22

Okay. I'm I'm I'm feeling angry or

27:24

I'm and then

27:26

invite if you

27:29

could ask the partner and, you know, will I

27:31

be able would you be okay if I express

27:33

this to be able to move the energy

27:35

and actually let that that move through the body. So it

27:37

could be you cry. It could be that you just take

27:39

a moment and then hit a pillow, you

27:41

know, or scream into your hand or

27:43

you know, it's actually just being authentic with

27:46

what's alive and what happens is when you

27:48

do it it moves through

27:50

and something else arrives the

27:52

same if you're normal disassociating, to

27:55

actually acknowledge it, to be able to say, I'm actually

27:57

not present right now. I'm in my head

27:59

right now. And even

28:01

acknowledging, I mean, my head right now,

28:03

actually sometimes dissolves being in the

28:05

head. So we often

28:07

hope what's not we we

28:09

kind of hold on to these energies

28:11

often because we're afraid of

28:13

revealing them or we're embarrassed and

28:16

And once we actually acknowledge them and even just

28:18

voice them or move the energies through the

28:21

body or emotional body, then they they

28:23

move and shift and we can be more

28:25

present to that

28:27

sense of dissolving. Mhmm.

28:30

But authentic authenticity

28:32

is really important. Yeah.

28:34

I agree.

28:35

Yeah. Yeah. What do you

28:38

think if

28:40

people are to continue

28:43

engaging in sex,

28:45

making love in an inauthentic way. What

28:47

do you think the consequences of that

28:49

can be? In

28:51

a way, I mean, I feel the body doesn't

28:53

forget that. The body stores all

28:55

of

28:55

our a lot of most all

28:57

of our experiences

28:59

So in a way I

28:59

feel for me and I've had a period of time

29:02

where I felt in my sexuality,

29:04

in having sex, I

29:06

wasn't always authentic. in a way that

29:08

I wasn't always ready or it it was I

29:11

just didn't really feel

29:13

open and I overrode

29:16

that many times and eventually my

29:18

body came online and

29:20

I would get UTIs or I

29:22

would start to get You read my b

29:25

b.

29:25

So Yeah.

29:26

So it's material audio,

29:28

but you I'm just excited

29:29

to make this. Yeah. Yep.

29:32

Yeah.

29:32

trash too

29:33

is a common one. Trash. Yes.

29:36

Yes. Or or even, like, vaginal,

29:38

you know, like, lack of lubrication, like,

29:40

the body starts to

29:42

-- Mhmm. -- yeah, stop opening. Mhmm.

29:45

So that certainly happened for me. And

29:47

so that yeah. When we're inauthentic, it

29:50

it does create impact on

29:52

the body that can come up

29:54

over time.

29:56

Yeah.

29:57

Yeah. And actually, you know, this

29:59

is on

29:59

that in our lives. We've actually overridden

30:03

our emotions, our physical body

30:05

-- Mhmm. -- for the sake of

30:08

pleasing another Yeah.

30:09

yeah When I

30:10

was doing that in a in a

30:13

past relationship, I was just was just

30:15

getting chronic thrash. like,

30:17

just all the time, just have thrash. And

30:19

then as soon as I dealt

30:21

with it all, I

30:23

have literally never had thrash

30:25

once since. never

30:27

ones. You know what? Just going to thrush

30:29

for a minute because this is another one people

30:31

often approach me about and

30:33

have you

30:34

know, with chronic fresh and not asking me what to do. And I'm

30:36

like, well, I'm not the doctor, so I can't really give

30:38

you, like, you know, and I'm not

30:40

a natural path, but go see a natural

30:42

path. But what I've noticed when working with

30:44

people is that it can

30:46

often be linked to shame around sex.

30:49

So when the shame

30:51

is dissolved and spoken about

30:53

and, you know, we can let go

30:55

of it and we can move through it,

30:57

then

30:57

the thrush disappears.

30:59

It's it's

31:00

amazing. I've seen it time and time again.

31:03

Anyway, didn't didn't intend. The body

31:06

is so wide and it And

31:08

if we just stop to listen, it would

31:10

it wants to be open and ecstatic.

31:12

Like, I really believe the body wants to

31:14

be healthy and whole and ecstatic and

31:17

alive. and our consciousness dictates

31:19

a lot of of what our body does

31:21

and eventually the body throws that

31:24

off and And I I love that. I love

31:26

when you get to find the the

31:28

key, you know, piece that

31:30

actually wants you

31:32

clear that the physical symptoms go. So, yeah, I think there's a lot

31:34

of shame that comes up around.

31:36

Yeah, SDIs

31:38

and some of the

31:41

conditions that come up

31:42

through overriding

31:43

the body that yeah

31:45

totally understand and had that

31:48

experience.

31:51

So tell me just to dive

31:53

a bit more before we wrap up about

31:55

what's possible if you

31:57

meet with another and have -- Mhmm.

31:59

--

31:59

an experience, like, and

32:02

have a a transcendental experience.

32:04

Mhmm. Like, you give people a

32:06

little taste Like, obviously, we can't we're

32:08

not we we can't give

32:10

any visuals here. Although, I

32:12

will say that if you if we did

32:14

show

32:14

the video of this, you

32:17

know, as winter speaks. Her whole

32:18

body's just, like, moving, you know, arms and

32:21

breathing, and she's fucking glowing, and she's,

32:23

like, opening, and she's just just so

32:25

passionate.

32:25

I love it. Yeah.

32:31

Yeah. I feel Yeah.

32:32

I I feel is that the

32:35

question? Any question you want me to

32:37

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

32:37

I just want people to hear more about

32:40

what's possible. I

32:43

I think if you

32:44

yeah. Firstly, what's

32:46

possible is something

32:49

that's beyond

32:49

the body. So beyond the

32:51

physical sensations and the

32:53

the meeting

32:53

of two bodies, there

32:56

is this squizzards energy

32:58

that you can connect with

33:00

that can take you into,

33:02

yeah, beautiful states of

33:05

awareness So

33:05

an

33:06

incredible pleasure. I think that there's

33:08

such ecstasy when we

33:11

actually lift our awareness

33:13

the

33:14

the

33:16

body

33:16

to the subtle energies that run

33:18

through the body and around the body. And

33:20

when you're meeting that with another, You're

33:23

like, there's dancing particles

33:26

of

33:28

light and radiance. So

33:30

there's this beautiful just being

33:32

sort of two beams of light dancing.

33:35

And those experiences when they come and

33:37

go, so it's not every time

33:39

it happens. And

33:41

It can

33:42

even just be thirty seconds. I have

33:44

that experience of suddenly dissolving

33:46

and I'm just the essence of

33:48

my energy, you know, And sometimes

33:50

it doesn't happen and sometimes I'm very much in

33:52

my physical body and I'm with

33:54

my sensations. But when we

33:56

when we are awakened to the possibility that

33:58

we can experience

33:59

that. That's really all that's needed as

34:02

well. That that that can

34:04

be possible. to actually have

34:06

an intimacy that that can

34:08

transcends the experience of our

34:10

matter, of our

34:12

bodies. So Yeah. I think that's that's all there is because I

34:14

feel everyone I think some people

34:16

have shared with me they've been to, you

34:18

know, different planets

34:20

or or, you know, ambitions of being in

34:22

the under the ocean or or just

34:24

being in soft light or

34:26

or in states of wrap you're in So

34:28

there's so many there's no prescription

34:30

around it, but the possibility

34:32

that you can actually connect with

34:36

different energies and have

34:38

experiences outside your normal

34:40

sex is very real and and

34:43

and doesn't require any

34:44

skills or tools. It's

34:46

just awareness to keep letting

34:48

go of your individual self

34:51

a self awareness main thing.

34:53

I

34:53

like to release the awareness of

34:55

stuff. Yeah. So it's not like there's, like, you

34:58

know, three simple steps or a seven day course that's

35:00

gonna, like, take

35:01

you through. It there's

35:03

no, like,

35:04

specific breathing

35:06

technique. And if you get that one, if you nail the breathing technique,

35:08

then that happens. It's just like

35:10

an awareness and opening ourselves

35:13

to the possibility

35:15

Yes.

35:15

And and ultimately, sex is the

35:18

gateway to remembering that we aren't

35:20

actually these humans. We

35:22

are supposed we are we come from

35:24

spirits. So actually, sex is a bit is gives

35:26

the opportunity to return to that

35:29

sense of that And so

35:31

actually that's why, you know, I feel it in many ways,

35:34

religion and early organized

35:38

religions actually shut down a

35:40

lot of well because they knew that. They knew that it was a

35:42

doorway to God, to God s. They knew

35:44

that you could taste your

35:46

essence through this portal, this

35:48

life force, So that

35:49

the force of life that creates children and the

35:52

planet babies, it it also

35:54

has that note that you can tap back

35:56

into the source of

35:58

creation. So Yeah. So I think just the main thing

35:59

tonight would today would be just to be

36:02

awareness that it's possible

36:04

is enough. Yeah.

36:06

Yeah. So I think

36:06

we'll leave it on that note. Great.

36:11

Thanks so much. You're

36:14

amazing. Where can

36:16

people find you? What's your

36:18

website and your instant Okay.

36:21

So my website is I've

36:23

got a couple winter jade

36:25

dot net. And I've

36:27

also got one for Magdalena.

36:29

my that makes the liner work, which is

36:31

magdalena dot com dot au, and I'm

36:33

on winter jade

36:36

on Instagram. Okay. Great.

36:36

And you used to be the sex

36:38

witch. Right? Yes. I did change.

36:41

I'm maturing. You're maturing.

36:43

I like it. I like I

36:45

remember when I used to I used to well, I still

36:48

do refer people to you,

36:49

like clients,

36:52

and I'd then say, oh, how do I get hold of her? And I go, it's the sex switch at

36:54

gmail dot com or whatever it was. I

36:56

don't know. Something like that.

36:59

And I and I used

37:00

to think, oh, I kinda wish you had, like, a

37:02

bit more of a professional email. And now

37:05

it's like, you know, winter winter I

37:07

see or whatever it is. And I'm like, oh,

37:09

that feels a bit more professional. Like, you know, people

37:11

might take her a bit more seriously if

37:13

they're not into, like, you know, the

37:15

sex language. I'm trying to broaden it my

37:17

audience. Yeah.

37:19

I'm growing up.

37:21

You're growing up.

37:24

Alright. Well, thank

37:26

you so much for today. I appreciate

37:28

you. Love your love

37:31

38:10

in the world of support

38:12

38:38

online community of beautiful conscious

38:40

38:42

38:44

38:46

a really beautiful offering. It's

38:48

something that I would love to join if

38:50

I identify it as

38:52

a man. If you feel like you have somebody in your

38:54
