Everything changes.  Change is the only thing we can rely on in life to remain the same.  Help is always available if we're willing to receive it. In my last two podcasts I discussed phobias and anxiety - where I suggested several ways one could receive help including techniques to help oneself.  In keeping with this genre, Podcast 29 is a guided meditation to help you reduce anxiety and panic. The meditation is a tool to help focus your conscious mind to direct your subconscious to reduce worry. 

And speaking of change, this podcast concludes my first season.  I'm taking a break to finish my book.  Thank you for listening to my work.  The podcasts are designed to provide increased clarity and confidence. I encourage you to revisit them time and again to develop new patterns of thinking.
