A really interesting insight into how a young woman who was once a city-located fashion designer returned home to take over the running of her parents' farm. Charlie May endlessly likeable - chirpy, optimistic, ambitious, honest and eager to learn. As she finds her feet with the core aspects of farm life and how things have always been, she gradually introduces fresh ideas and embarks on new ventures, such as planting a vineyard. Day-to-day operations on the farm are dotted between May's adventures with nature and networking with others, be it makers of honey or badger experts. A very British listening experience, one for anyone with an intrigue for the countryside.
