It's hard to believe that is has almost been a year since the Covid shut downs and stay at home orders. We are all feeling the effects of 2020 and 2021. This week we take a moment to just check in with each other. We walk about the stress in our day to day lives and how we are trying to form better habits and do a better job of taking acre of our selves. We are tired, and delirious but we hope you enjoy.
