Welcome to Balance and Being, where my goal is to teach you how to live your life with intentionality and mindfulness. I am a certified Behavior Change Specialist and Health Coach and my primary focus is helping people align their daily actions with who they are and how they want to show up in the world. I believe that conscious choices to make an impact is how we can improve our lives and the lives of those around us.I also help small business owners preserve and protect their energy, simplify their business and ensure that they are caring for themselves FIRST so their business can thrive and they can share their unique gifts with the world. I talk a lot about the mind/body connection, connecting to purpose and meaning, and the big-picture of life...never letting you forget that we are evolved microorganisms living on a spinning rock in the middle of the universe and our time here is limited :)
