Robin is a Licensed, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, and a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. In her 15 years of experience in health and fitness, she has helped clients of all ages and training levels achieve their personal wellness goals. Robin believes in a “food first” and “all foods fit” approach, working closely with clients to build individual, and realistic, healthy eating habits.
