The number of first-generation students of color (FGSOC) on our campuses are growing and college campuses NEED to grow with them in specialized ways. Walk with me as I reflect on the experiences of FGSOCs, what they need and whose responsibility their experiences are in response to an article written about the topic in The Journal of College Access published in 2021.
