This past week was my 43rd Birthday.  As I prepare for this next trip I have reflected on my last year and really looked at the POWERFUL lessons that I learned to bring me into this new place.

I have never felt so free, so centered and so powerfully magnetic in my life.  It is so easy to get caught up in the ego stories, the fears, doubts, assumptions, and perceived limitations but when we take the time to reflect and see the bigger picture we can see that everything is always for our highest good and development. These are the powerful lessons that got me here this year.
