In the first episode of BEHIND, we wanna tease out the complicated knot that is trying to “adult” while working as a manager in the restaurant industry especially if you’re stuck in a cycle of addiction. 

Featured in this episode is our friend Alexander Gallant, musician and former restaurant worker. He explains why he won’t be returning to restaurant work even though he spent the majority of his twenties doing this work.
