Leisa is an Organisational Psychologist with over 15 years of experience, however her interest in this field expands well beyond these years and goes deep into her childhood. She's always been curious about people, why they do the things they do and began asking questions about people's behaviour from a very young age. She continues to deepen her knowledge as more and more scientific research is made public.
