Hi, there! I'm Frieda or Frayy, my prounons are she/ her.

I want to do this podcast, trying to make the world a bit of a better place.

I'm not sure, which things speciafically made me to the person I am now. I'm definitly some things, a creator and a music lover and I'm 17. A Yogi, a writer, sometimes a philosopher. I reflect a lot, I'm depressed, sometimes I overthink, I love potatos and the sun drawing paintings in the sky.

Life isn't written in stone for all of us, but it feels a lot like it. I figured out, I couldn't and can't do, what I don't truly love and what hurts and overwhelmes me more than helps. I can't stand with unfairness and lies and being fake and not true.

I'm growing and I'm tired, that this world isn't changing. So let me speak about it. I hope you listen and form a picture and listen and change it again.

There is a lot I can and want to talk about, to encourage, connect, help but also remind. I hope some of you can identify with me, knowing you’re not alone and some can understand better.

Crises and negative packed feelings, trying and learning, talented and passioned, that's all that.

Together looking behind the crowd, the title of this podcast, looking behind me, behind society and behind us as individuals. Behind the crowd, is storytelling and story changing.
