CEO of Lewes FC Maggie Murphy, chats with us about her upbringing in football, from scoring as a 13-year-old at the Dripping Pan Stadium to living and playing football in Tanzania on her gap year. Her work in anti-corruption human rights and has led her to be part of the first football club in the world to offer equal pay to its men’s and women’s teams. Maggie is also the Director of Communications at Equal Playing Field, a charity dedicated to advancing women’s equality in sports from grassroots to elite levels.
