Ask this question for 3 days, 30 days or longer. The question, ‘What do I know?’ gets you out of everyone else’s reality and into yours. We buy that we are heavy, depressed and confused about our lives and - is that true? Is it possible that you know something and that you’ve ALWAYS known something. If you’re willing to know what you know, your life gets easier and more joyful. So why not try? It’s a win/win. If you forget, just restart. The more you commit, the more a greater possibility can and will show up. Never stop using it. It’s my favorite question. I dare you to see why.
