Richard Sotka Jr. was a habitual abuser of the women in his life. 58 year old Rhonda had no idea of this fact and had been dating Richard. Richard, who was freshly out of jail on a bond, made his way to Rhonda's home January 28th, 2023. Rhonda was entertaining a female work friend and possibly lover Paula O'Connor on that evening.
