You can go all out and reach your maximum potential, a Diamond ranking, within six months with this advanced training. But first, let’s learn how to reach Sapphire in 60 days.

Sapphire is the key to Diamond.

If you think you’re a leader and you look behind you and there’s nobody there, you’re not a leader. You’re just taking a walk.

Reaching Sapphire requires being a leader. You want your followers to always be behind you, be excited for every success you have and always follow your lead.

To reach Sapphire in 60 days, your calendar is your best friend. If your calendar is empty, you have a very slim to no chance of success. Otherwise, if it’s packed with CJM’s, meetings, and appointments, you’ll have a high chance of succeeding with Organo Gold and reaching your goal. Along the way, it will guide you in your structure for your business to grow.

With your calendar, you always want to be looking to the next month. What are your plans for the coming weeks? Always plan a month in advance.

·      Cross off your personal and spiritual time first. Exercise, church, meditating – don’t touch your personal time, whatever it is.

·      Book your family time in advance. Nothing can touch that time. Family should always come before money. Maintaining healthy relationships keep you focused and clear-headed.

·      Everything else is your wealth building time. Everything. Circle all your available times and when someone asks you to present or to meet, you know with a simple glance when you’re available.

Rule: Your calendar is your best friend. Set your priorities well in advance.

Then you implement your strategy to reach that Sapphire ranking in your first two months.

For your first month, hold four CJM’s (Coffee and Jazz Mixers). You invite a minimum of 5 – 10 prospects. You could be presenting alone or helping another distributor with a CJM. Either way, it counts. Your goal for your CJM is 1000 CV. $1 = 1 CV. So, within the first month, your target is 4000 CV.

Then for your second month, bump that up to four CJM’s per week. Invite a minimum of 5 – 10 people again, your goal is still set at 1000 CV per CJM, so your target is now 4000 CV every week. That is 16,000 CV for your second month. And to reach Sapphire, you really only need 14,000 CV, so if you miss your target by a little, you’re still okay. But you have to be trying, you have to be engaged.

Then once you’re a Sapphire, you keep doing what you’re doing. You’re going to teach three people how to go Sapphire, and then in 90 days you’re a Ruby. Keep teaching and you’ll rank up to Emerald, keep teaching and coaching people to Sapphire and Ruby and before you know it, six months have passed, you’ve helped others reach their goals, and you’re now a Diamond.

Sapphire is the most difficult rank to reach because it’s the first leg up. But once you have learned the craft and you keep at it, it’s easy to stay engaged, earn that OG income, and have fun! You’ll reach Diamond within six months and be on your way to being the next OG Coffee Millionaire!
