Ernest shares his journey about how he started from a youngin’ living in Orange County, CA with the dream of being an actor,  opting not to go to college to get real world experience and a paycheck to pivoting into Public Relations -- which led to his success at helping to catapult some of our favorite reality stars, entertainers and Fashion Nova to super stardom. Ernest truly pours into the BOTS community by being super transparent with the trial-and-errors he faced building a successful business including under charging at times, learning his value and always being willing to learn and seek knowledge all while fighting imposter syndrome. His passion for representing our people and culture led him to an iconic moment with “the jacket” and co-founding the not-for-profit My Publicist is Black.
