We all have goals and things we want to achieve, for many years I followed the routine of setting goals every new years. Only to forget I set any goals come January of the new year. I want to speak to others about their process to achieving their goals this year, not just what their goals are. 

My goals for 2020 for self improvement are to unplug and reprogram myself. I want to reprogram my desires, my inner want for bigger life achievements, something where I earn the gratification of saying "Yeah, I did that". Rather than the quick fix, of instant gratification something that just gives me the short lasting feeling of achievement only to feel less after the feeling has passed. 

Better my mind, body, soul.
