Where to begin? More Commonwealth witnesses try to fight against data, after previously agreeing the information was accurate. Allie McCabe got flustered when the Life 360 data, showed major inconsistencies in her timeline.

Colin Albert followed Mrs McCabe and the Commonwealth's case took more hits on witness credibility, photos and videos were produced, solidifying the family link between the Proctors and the Alberts. Colin stated on the stand that he had never been in a fight, however the Defense showed video of Colin, challenging other kids to...fight. Not a great day for the Commonwealth.

Both McCabe's were totally destroyed on cross examination, including newly uncovered texts messages and the infamous 7 butt dials to john's phone in 21 minutes and the later deleted 2:27am "how long to die in the cold" google search.

Brian Higgins's testimony closed in on perjury and he neeeded his attorney, while sitting on the stand. Higgins would become the third state's witness to cite unintentional "butt dials" This time the communication was between, Brian Albert and Higgins. This occurred hours before anyone knew John was dead. Higgins's testimony was horrific for the Prosecution.
