In today’s episode I am sharing with you something that bothered me at first, but that I learned to deal with and want to share a few tips with you how. As most of you know, I started a podcast and Instagram account called Enneagram and Coffee.

That brand is totally different from my personal brand, and it’s more of a company. That being said, there has been some negative feedback.

With any type of negative feedback, it can sometimes hit you in the place of emotion, and on today’s episode I want to share with you a few tips on how you can handle this and move through it from a place of positive energy!
