Welcome to your new home for everything positive!!  I have several different  Podcasts for you to choose from: 

- Weight Loss Series (I have lost 200+ pounds so far and still losing)

- Hodge Podge Series (Containing all subjects)

- Persevering as an Introvert Series (Dedicated to us misunderstood people)
- The Honorable Warrior (Dedicated to all the hard working men out there)

No matter which series you choose, just know that everything that I talk about comes from the heart and is tried and tested as I have gone through my life.  I am doing all I can to try and help you avoid some of the pitfalls that I have gone through in my life.   I do not have any fancy diplomas, I'm not a therapist or a weight coach, and everything that I have learned has come from the school of hard knocks.  

So no matter if you want to lose weight like I am, interested in different topics that you can listen to, or if you are trying to understand why you are an Introvert and you do the things that you do, I will do my best to cover all of that for you!
