Welcome to the first day of making LOVE in your body. In the modern way of life, we have been conditioned to believe that sex is taboo. Spirituality and Sex do not mix. In this episode, I discuss my personal journey of bridging spirituality with sexuality, sensuality, and intimacy. I talk about my upbringing of shame and guilt around sex, the manifestations of over-active and under-active sexual energies within the human body, Tantra, and how we can heal ourselves through recognizing that sex is medicine for our souls. 

We have been disconnected from our bodies for far too long. It's time to bring us back to our true nature - embracing and empowering our naturalness.
