It's been 100 days since the apocalypse and Mick Ferry, his two Ministers Will Duggan and Kiri Pritchard-McLean, and a handful of survivors are in a bunker somewhere in the ruins of Manchester.

They are trying to come up with new rules for society, trying to rebuild, and trying to decide if they should take in two new members they have found wandering outside in the wastelands.
