Marketing a single Motorcoach or multiple coaches isn’t as cut and dried as you would think. A lot of different forces come to bear once you decide to put your shingle out in this industry and advertise your services. In the world of group transportation, so many things outside of your control can affect your ultimate success or failure. Some of the things you have no control over yet profoundly affect your success are weather, mechanics, engine failure, consumable costs like fuel and tires, staff and drivers… all of these have an effect on being profitable or breaking even. At the same time however, there is a lot the owner operator has complete control over and those items are what we’ll be discussing here with the Chris Riddell the Executive Director of the Motorcoach Marketing Council.
