Hey friends, decided to record myself in a very vulnerable state because letting it out always makes me feel better. I tend to journal in many ways, so decided to quickly have a "podcast journaling" session?
Hope all of you learn that sometimes it's okay to not show up simply because you need to rest. The sensation of overwhelm one gets from anxiety is not a decision, it is out of our control. Resting does not mean you give into the symptoms of anxiety, resting allows you to replenish and to be your best self. Do not confuse resting with laziness! Big mistake.
